I want details and every step of the procedure was explained to me. During the procedure, my comfort level was very important to them. I got the clearest after procedure directions ever. All the staff are knowledgeable. Initially, I was interested in coolsculpt and Dr. Seiler explained why this would not address my problem and offered alternatives. I have an action plan I am excited about.
