Cancellation and procedure payment policy
We are committed to providing every patient with the very best experience when they visit our office. In order to maintain this standard of care, we have the following cancellation and procedure payment policy. This policy is designed to ensure our team is able to effectively accommodate patients’ needs and deliver the best experience and results.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note our policy.
3 business day notice is required for Botox, filler, HydraFacials, peels and consultations. Cancellations within
3 business days or no-show appointments will incur a $100 non-refundable fee.
7 business day notice is required for Vivace, Fraxel, CO2, CoolSculpting, Vampire/PRP procedures and IPL.
Cancellations within 7 business days or no-show appointments will incur a $500 non-refundable fee.
Our business days include Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday are not inclusive of the required minimum business day notice. With each appointment scheduled, we will need to update or confirm your credit card on file.
Procedure Pre-Payment Policy:
For certain procedures, we require a deposit at the time of scheduling.
• Vivace – series paid in full
• Vampire/PRP – $500 deposit
• IPL – $500 deposit
• Fraxel – $500 deposit
•CO2 Laser – $500 deposit
• CoolSculpting – $500 deposit
If you need to cancel or reschedule your procedure, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to 7 business days before your procedure to avoid loss of the $500 deposit. No refunds will be issued for the $500 fee if you cancel within 7 business days of your procedure.
