Cancellation & Procedure Payment Policy
We are committed to providing every patient with the best experience possible when they visit our practice. In order to make sure we maintain this standard of care, we’ve updated our cancelling and rescheduling policy moving forward. These changes are designed to ensure our team is able to effectively accommodate patients’ needs and deliver the best results possible. You will note in our updated policy that certain procedures require longer reservations of scheduling time and pre-payment moving forward.
We believe these changes will make sure you always have a quality experience when you walk into Seiler Skin. Please take a moment to review these changes and reach out to our team with any questions you may have.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 3 business day notice for treatments and consultations (excluding laser resurfacing, Vampire procedures, CoolSculpting, IPL and Spider Vein Treatment). Cancellations within 3 business days or no-show appointments will incur a $100 non-refundable fee.
A 7 business day notice is required for Fraxel, CO2 laser, CoolSculpting, all Vampire procedures, IPL and Spider Vein Treatment. Cancellations within 7 business days or no-show appointments will incur a loss of the entire pre-payment for the treatment.
Our business days include Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday are not inclusive of the required minimum business day notice.
With each appointment scheduled, we will need to update or confirm your credit card on file with us.
Procedure Pre-Payment Policy:
For certain procedures, we require pre-payment prior to treatment. These treatments include:
- Fraxel ($500 deposit to schedule)
- CO2 Laser ($500 deposit to schedule)
- CoolSculpting ($500 deposit to schedule)
- All Vampire procedures
- Spider Vein Treatment
These treatments require payment in full 7 business days prior to treatment. When your procedure is scheduled we will obtain your credit card to be charged 7 business days prior to your procedure. We will notify you 8 days prior that payment will be charged the following day. At that time please let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid loss of procedure payment.
