Cancellation & Procedure Payment Policy
We are committed to providing every patient with the best experience possible when they visit our practice. In order to make sure we maintain this standard of care, we’ve updated our cancelling and rescheduling policy moving forward. These changes are designed to ensure our team is able to effectively accommodate patients’ needs and deliver the best results possible. You will note in our updated policy that certain procedures require longer reservations of scheduling time and pre-payment moving forward.
We believe these changes will make sure you always have a quality experience when you walk into Seiler Skin. Please take a moment to review these changes and reach out to our team with any questions you may have.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 3 business day notice for treatments and consultations (excluding laser resurfacing, Vampire procedures, IPL and CoolSculpting.) Cancellations within 3 business days or no-show appointments will incur a $100 non-refundable fee.
A 7 business day notice is required for Fraxel, CO2 laser, all Vampire procedures, IPL and CoolSculpting. Cancellations within 7 business days or no-show appointments will incur a loss of the entire pre-payment for the treatment.
Our business days include Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday are not inclusive of the required minimum business day notice.
With each appointment scheduled, we will need to update or confirm your credit card on file with us.
Procedure Pre-Payment Policy:
For certain procedures, we require pre-payment prior to treatment. These treatments include:
- CO2 Laser
- All Vampire procedures
These treatments require payment in full 7 business days prior to treatment. If we are unable to reach you and leave a message, please contact us within 24 hours to provide payment. Without full payment, your procedure will be removed from the schedule and you will receive a cancellation notice from our team. If this happens and you have to reschedule, it may result in moving your procedure to a different day and time.
