Cancellation & Procedure Payment Policy
Effective April 1st, 2020 our procedure payment and cancellation policy will change to the following:
3 business day notice is required for all treatments excluding laser resurfacing, Vampire procedures, IPL and CoolSculpting. Cancellations within 3 business days or no-show appointments will incur a $100 fee.
7 business day notice is required for laser resurfacing (Fraxel & CO2), all Vampire procedures, IPL and CoolSculpting. Cancellations within 7 business days or no-show appointments will incur a $500 fee or forfeit of their deposit.
Business days include Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are not inclusive of the required minimum business day notice.
With each appointment scheduled we will need to update your credit card on file with us.
Procedure Payment Policy:
Certain procedures require a deposit to be made prior to treatment. Our office will contact you to pre-op you for your procedure at a minimum of 7 days prior to your treatment. Laser resurfacing (Fraxel & CO2), all Vampire procedures and CoolSculpting require a deposit of $500 a minimum of 7 business days prior to treatment. IPL requires a deposit of 50% of the treatment cost a minimum of 7 business days prior to treatment. You may pay this deposit at the time of scheduling your procedure or over the phone during your pre-operative call.
