Dr. Seiler and his estheticians are AMAZING! I’ve had botox a few times and just got RHA lip injections. Dr. Seiler took the time to explain to me what he was going to do, he explained what RHA was, and how to take care of my lips after. He injected very slowly and talked with me throughout. I cannot begin to thank Dr. Seiler enough for the beautiful results I have experienced since my recent Fraxel treatment. I have struggled with melasma for more than 10 years - covering the sides of my face, chin and forehead. Over the course of those 10 years I have used the Obagi system, undergone 12 IPL treatments and numerous chemical peels at various Birmingham area physician offices - with virtually no positive results. I have never seen a true improvement until I visited Dr. Warren Seiler - first I will say that my switch to Skin Medica was a welcome relief from the Obagi routine - immediately my skin looked more even, hydrated and luminous.

Dr. Seiler did perform 2 IPLs on my face to address the melasma and I did see improvement for the first time ever! However, the most amazing result came as a result of the Fraxel laser treatment. The results after one treatment are better than I ever imagined! Better than my husband ever imagined! Maybe even better than Dr. Seiler imagined! This treatment was nothing short of miraculous - with virtually no pain - and limited downtime - I returned to work a new person. The melasma I thought I would live with forever - is gone! I am fairly new to Birmingham and are very thankful a friend here told me about Dr. Seiler and his wonderful staff. I saw Dr. Seiler a little over a month ago for a consultation and an IPL treatment. I immediately had a very positive opinion of him. I will also say I am very cautious, having had a bad experience with a doctor in another state which actually left permanent scarring from a laser. Dr. Seiler was thorough in discussing my history and his experience. After my first visit, I made another appointment to discuss with him performing a CO2 Resurfacing Laser Procedure. I wish to share my extremely positive experience. Dr Seiler explained in detail what would occur- what I would need to do pre-procedure, what would occur the day of the procedure and very importantly the care I would need to take post-procedure. Today I saw Dr. Seiler which is DAY 6 post-procedure. We are both TICKLED with the results. He reported my quick recovery was due to diligent aftercare. He reported some patients take 2 weeks to progress to my stage at day 6 . Dr. Seiler and his staff take great care to make sure you know the proper protocol for after care. The information is covered personally in the office as well as a packet of information to take home. Ice, Ice, Ice and constant elevation kept swelling to a minimum. I started sluffing on Day 3-- the vinegar soak was helpful followed by washing gently in circular motions with the provided wash. Most of the skin was gone by Day 4. Needless to say, lots of the special moisturizers applied and taking of all medication as instructed. I am impressed that Dr. Seiler and his excellent staff have kept in contact through this process. He called the morning after the procedure and the following day saw me to check my progress. Today was Day 6 check and I see him in another week. I am very happy with my initial results just 6 days out . Some long standing issues are resolved. I look forward to the continued benefits from the procedure. His staff is wonderful and Dr. Seiler is a keeper!

He and his staff agreed to come in at 7:00 in the morning the day before Thanksgiving because that was the only day that I could do that surgery. They were all so friendly as always and took extra special care of me. After it was all said and done he told me that it would be several months before I saw a massive difference because the healing process takes some time. I recently had IPL done on my legs, arms, chest, hands and face by Dr. Seiler. I have had my hands and face done before by other doctors. It normally takes several treatments to get adequate results. Someone told me that one treatment with his equipment and expertise was equivalent to about four treatments elsewhere. I was skeptical that it could be true. But, now I am a believer. It is true! Now I know not all IPL treatments are the same. I highly recommend Dr. Seiler and his staff. They are great and well worth the travel time it takes to get there from anywhere.

It’s amazing how my skin looks after having IPL laser treatments on the chest, shoulders, arms and legs to remove the sun damage. My skin looks ten years younger. Dr. Seiler also did an excellent job on removing a cyst on the lower part of my left leg. After 6 months you can hardly see where the cyst located unless you are looking closely at the area that was treated. Thanks again for such a great job.

Dr. Seiler is the only physician in the Birmingham area who I would trust my face with! He trains other physicians how to perform the treatments he offers - that is exactly who I want performing treatments on MY face!! I am a 41 year old woman, and had severe sun damage and hyperpigmentation on my face. I recently had IPL on my face at Dr. Seiler's office. The procedure was quick (approximately 10 minutes) and the pain was tolerable. The IPL brought up all of my pigment to the surface, and after about 8-10 days, all the pigment shed and I was left with a freckle-less face for the first time in years. I am amazed at the effectiveness of only one treatment! Countless friends have commented on how great my skin looks, and I credit Dr. Seiler and his staff. I also highly recommend Dr. Seiler for Botox treatments. I have been to several Botox parties and was always afraid to try it. After a consult with Dr. Seiler, however, I knew I was in great hands. He took the time to answer all of my questions...and there were several! I recently visited Seiler Skin for a HydraFacial and I am incredibly pleased with the results! It cleared my breakout with no pain or downtime. Jill also took the time to listen to what I needed from a skincare regimen. Together we decided I should try a retinol and my skin has never looked better. I also highly recommend Dr. Seiler for Botox treatments. I have been to several Botox parties and was always afraid to try it. After a consult with Dr. Seiler, however, I knew I was in great hands. He took the time to answer all of my questions...and there were several! Ultimately, he used half of the units that doctors at the Botox parties suggested for my face, and I could not be happier with the results. Do your research before getting Botox or fillers and be sure the individual knows what he/she is doing. Dr. Seiler has years of experience, and I can assure you he will only use the units necessary to achieve a natural-looking, beautiful result.

I am an Asian Pakistani 40 year old woman. I recently visited Dr. Seiler regarding the concerns of skin discolorations, acne scars and breakouts. Dr Seiler, his wife and other staff were extremely nice and helpful. He recommended skin care products, hydrafacials and peels. After the hydrafacial my skin feels more radiant, moisturized and clear. I am very happy with the results. Later I got a chemical peel which has improved my skin so much that I feel that I should get a few more. Dr. Seiler is extremely dedicated and keeps on checking with me after every procedure. I would highly recommend everyone to Seiler skin.

This was my first time to meet Katie, who did my hydrafacial, and she did an excellent job. She asked questions to learn my skin type and skincare goals prior to the service, explained each step during the process, and made sure I was comfortable. She was delightful and professional. I also appreciated the follow-up the next day to make sure I didn't have any bad reactions to the procedure. Though the hydrafacial is more expensive than a standard facial, in my opinion, it is worth the extra cost. My skin glows for weeks after the treatment!! Thanks again Seiler!!

Dr. Seiler and his staff go above and beyond to accommodate me due to my work schedule. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I recommend Dr. Seiler and his staff because they are all knowledgable in regards to the best products and procedures. I have personally had Botox, CO2 laser, hydra facials, and hair removal. I look forward to having a vampire facial in the near future. On a daily basis, I get complements on my skin. I'm in my 20s, but have acne scarring and hyperpigmentation from sun damage. I've seen dermatologists who barely glanced at my face before prescribing antibiotics. A friend (with amazing skin) referred me to Seiler. I first went for the Vitalize and Rejuvenize peels, and was very happy with the results, but wanted to be more aggressive on treating the scars. I had a great consultation with Dr. Seiler, who truly listens to your specific concerns. I saw him for CO2 resurfacing a few weeks ago, and can already tell a significant difference in my skin! I'm using the SkinMedica products now as well. Dr. Seiler and his wonderful staff have followed up with me throughout the process, and my results should only get better over time.
