Vampire Hand Rejuvenation®
WHAT IS VAMPIRE HAND REJUVENATION?
Vampire Hand Rejuvenation is a minimally invasive, no-downtime treatment that uses the science of platelet rich plasma (PRP) combined with filler to improve the look and fullness of the hands. Similar to our other Vampire treatments, this procedure incorporates PRP to kickstart the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin, effectively restoring volume to the hands and improving skin texture and wrinkles. Our hands are one of the parts of the body that show the signs of aging the earliest, which is why this treatment is a favorite among patients.
WHAT DOES VAMPIRE HAND REJUVENATION TREAT?
Vampire Hand Rejuvenation treats a number of concerns, including:
- Age-related volume loss
- Thinning skin
- Skin texture
- Tone and complexion
- Fine lines/wrinkles
- Visibility of blood vessels/tendons
THE SEILER SKIN DIFFERENCE
Dr. Seiler is well-versed in Vampire Hand Rejuvenation and other treatments specializing in PRP — in fact, he actually trained directly under Dr. Charles Runels, the creator of the Vampire procedures. After years of administering Vampire treatments himself, Dr. Seiler is now regarded as a leader in the treatments and trains fellow practitioners across the country and around the world.
Aside from Dr. Seiler’s expertise in Vampire treatments and filler injections, he also uses the most sophisticated technology available to both improve treatment results and minimize downtime. Our Accuvein device allows Dr. Seiler to see which areas under the skin contain concentrated groups of blood vessels. By using the device, he can avoid injecting PRP and filler into those areas, thereby reducing bruising and discomfort.

WHAT IS THE VAMPIRE HAND REJUVENATION PROCESS LIKE?
Our team begins by applying a medical-grade numbing cream prior to treatment to minimize any discomfort. We then draw a small amount of blood, which is processed in an FDA-approved centrifuge process to separate out the PRP. We then inject the concentrated PRP and filler in the hands to help stimulate collagen development, improve fatty tissues and increase blood circulation.
Downtime following treatment is fairly short, with most patients experiencing minimal swelling or bruising for a few days. Immediately following treatment, patients see a noticeable difference in the fullness and appearance of the hands. Collagen remodeling and blood circulation induced by the PRP peak at around six to 12 months, with improved texture, volume and color lasting for years.
