Seiler Skin 101: What to Expect Every Visit

By Seiler Skin Staff

We’re just a few months into 2021 and have already welcomed so many new patients through our doors! Whether they want to revamp their skincare, start a regimen for the first time or simply know the basics on skin health, people have been flocking from all over to meet Dr. Seiler and our team. If you’re new to the Seiler Skin family (or even if you’ve been a longstanding patient for years), we want to make sure you always know what to expect when you come in for a visit. So, we thought to give everyone a crash course on appointments and expectations here at our practice.

What is the consultation process like?

We begin every patient’s skin wellness journey at Seiler Skin with a thorough consultation to assess your skin concerns, talk about your skin health goals and determine a treatment plan moving forward. This is an incredibly important process as it really helps us see how we can specifically cater to your needs rather than provide a generic, one-size-fits-all approach like you may be accustomed to with other skin health providers. During the consultation, you’ll meet with Dr. Seiler and one of our expertly trained team members. At this time, you will have all of your questions answered, including which treatments and products we recommend to achieve your skin health goals. If you haven’t seen us for a consultation already, book yours today — they’re filling up fast and being scheduled 1 to 2 months out! Note that a consultation is required before any treatment and cannot be booked the same day as a treatment except for Botox. We do offer a consultation and Botox treatment during the same visit.

How far out do I need to schedule services?

The amount of time in advance we’re scheduling each service depends on the treatment, but our number one tip is to schedule your next visit as soon as possible! While some treatments like Botox may be available in a matter of weeks, others that require a longer appointment time such as Vampire procedures may require 3 to 4 weeks notice or longer. We understand it may seem like a bit of a wait, but remember that skin health is an investment over time that can’t be rushed. Plus, we’re always keeping your best interest in mind and making sure our team can provide the dedicated time to treat your concerns. Our top priority is superior patient care every visit, which is something we’ll always be committed to delivering!

Where can I buy new products or refill old ones?

Our highly-educated team is always standing by to help you find the right products to incorporate into your regimen. If you ever have a question or need to place an order, just give us a ring and we’ll help you figure it out. You can also place orders online for delivery. A Seiler Skin secret: sign up for our patient newsletters for access to our favorite skincare picks!

What sets Seiler Skin apart from other practices?

As mentioned earlier, our top priority will always be delivering the best care possible for every patient. We take our role as your skin health partner seriously, and will never sacrifice quality just to get more patients in and out the door without giving you the attention you deserve. Plus, at Seiler Skin, you’ll actually get to know your team of providers. Dr. Seiler and the rest of our team want you to feel like a valued patient in our practice rather than just as another face at other places.

It’s an exciting time here at Seiler Skin and we couldn’t be happier to become your go-to provider for all things skin health. From the moment you enter our office to when you walk out the door (and even beyond that), you can trust that our entire team is here to support you. We can’t thank you enough for entrusting us and look forward to your next visit!
