Another part of ensuring every visit to our practice is a great one is having a skilled team ready to help you in any way possible. We know how important it is for you to feel you’re in the best hands from the moment you walk through our doors, so we want to help everyone to better know our patient coordinators Amanda and Hannah a bit better. They are instrumental to our patients and our team and want to share a bit about themselves before your next appointment!

What’s your role at Seiler Skin?

Hannah — I’m excited to be one of the Patient Coordinators here at the practice! I work with our patients to schedule appointments, answer their questions and make sure they have everything they need before, during and after a visit.

Amanda — I tag team the Patient Coordinator role alongside Hannah to guarantee you have the best experience possible whenever you come in for an appointment. We really want you to feel comfortable at Seiler Skin and trust that our team is here for you no matter what.

Tell us about your experience prior to Seiler Skin.

Hannah — After graduating cosmetology school, I worked for a spa and found my passion for helping patients feel and look their best. I then took a job opportunity out in the big state of Texas that was in a different industry but helped me learn a lot of qualities and skills needed to provide excellent customer service.

Amanda — Prior to joining Seiler Skin, I primarily worked in various office assistant and management positions. I also have experience as a clinical tech for a health and weight management facility. Throughout all my roles I’ve loved getting to connect with people and help them on their health and wellness journeys.

Which treatment is your favorite? Which product is your favorite?

Hannah — The Vampire Facial is definitely my favorite treatment at Seiler Skin and really showcases the power of PRP! As for a product, I’d have to pick the Revision Black Mask. It’s perfect for an at-home spa night or just a little skin pick-me-up during the week.

Amanda — I cannot rave enough about the Vampire Breast Lift and how incredible the results are for our patients. It’s hard for me to choose just one product! I’d have to say it’s a tie between the Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser  and Alastin’s Restorative Skin Complex.

Tell us a bit more about yourself outside of work. 

Hannah — It’s a full house at home with my boyfriend, brother and three dogs! My friends and family joke that I’m the ultimate dog mom because of how much I love my pups. I enjoy traveling but can also be a homebody at times, and will never ever turn down Mexican food.

Amanda —  I love spending time with my friends, family and brand new puppy, Cassidy! I’ll also spend free time either honing my green thumb in the garden or improving my culinary skills in the kitchen.

What excites you the most about working at Seiler Skin?

Hannah — I’m most excited to get to know the patients and learn more about the business. The more I get to know the patients, the better the experience I can provide.

Amanda — Seeing patients that have improved their skin and confidence within a short amount of time is definitely one of my favorite aspects of the job. It’s so rewarding to work in a place where you’re always excited to see your patients each time they come in!
