WHAT IS THE VAMPIRE HAIR RESTORATION PROCESS LIKE?

Our process for treating the hair with PRP is similar to the other ways we use this science in our other Vampire PRP treatments. We start by drawing a small amount of your blood that’s then placed in a centrifuge to separate out the cytokines, platelets and growth factors that make up the solution. Unlike other Vampire treatments that rely on microneedling, for the hair we instead inject PRP directly into the scalp. Patients tend to experience minimal discomfort and might notice their scalp feeling “tight” in the days following treatment, but this passes quickly and shouldn’t prevent you from carrying on your usual routine.
